Reliance Foundation Scholarship is a partial funding scholarship offered by Reliance Foundation for students pursuing studies in India. The award covers Undergraduate: up to INR 2,00,000 over the course of the degree; Postgraduate: up to INR 6,00,000 over the course of the programme and is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students studying undergraduate: all streams; postgraduate: computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics & computing, electrical/electronics engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, renewable & new energy, material science & engineering, and life sciences. The scholarship runs for duration of the degree programme and may be renewed annually based on academic performance. Eligibility is generally based on undergraduate applicants must be in their first year of a full-time UG programme; postgraduate applicants must be in the first year of an eligible Engineering or Life Sciences master's programme and have either a GATE score of 550-1,000 or an undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or above if they have not attempted GATE. Students already in their second year or later of a programme are not eligible under either track, since both are scoped specifically to applicants entering the first year of study. The application deadline is October 5, 2026 (2026-27 cycle). Competition for this scholarship varies year to year, so early preparation of required documents is recommended.
