University of Tunis El Manar (UTM) does not run a single, centrally funded international scholarship. Instead, it channels international student mobility through more than 65 bilateral cooperation and research/exchange agreements with universities in Europe, North America, Asia, and neighboring African countries, including partners such as Universite Laval (Canada), Politecnico di Milano (Italy), and the University of Oxford (UK). Funding terms, stipends, and coverage for a given exchange are set by the specific bilateral agreement or by the partner institution's own mobility program, not by UTM directly.
