Organization of American States (OAS) Academic Scholarship Program, administered by Organization of American States (OAS), is one of the funding options available to citizens or permanent residents of oas member states in Multiple (OAS Member States, excluding Canada). The award covers Up to US $10,000 per academic year (complementary funding; does not cover the full cost of study) and is open to master's, phd students studying open to any master's or phd program offered by the host institution, subject to each national liaison office's national development priorities. The scholarship runs for 1 to 2 academic years. Eligibility is generally based on applicants must complete their Bachelor's degree before applying and independently obtain a university admission letter for the 2026 enrollment cycle, since OAS does not place students itself. Each country's National Liaison Office may add further country-specific requirements and conducts its own pre-selection before forwarding candidates to the OAS selection committee.
